|Recommended: YesRecommended - Getting To Know It All. — I lived in boulder for 12 years and never new how charming and accessible other place would be. I still getting acclimated to living here in Gun Barrel, but the people at Habitat are making it really easy for me to adjust. The place is clean, large, the ground a green, beautiful. One negative side is there is no in-house laundry room, but these people keep it very clean, industrial quality machines.

|Recommended: YesHabitat Apartments Boulder, Colorado — The apartments are nice, comfortable, and conveniently located to central Boulder. The leasing staff Cori and Jamie do a superb job. They are friendly, efficient, and helpful. The tenants seem considerate, and everyone appears neighborly. The landscaping crew and maintenance staff work hard to keep the grounds and buildings, including amenities, in good shape. The layout of the apartment buildings have been well constructed for a home-like setting.

|Recommended: YesHabitat Is A Great Place To Live. — I really enjoy living here. In addition to the above, it's great having walking hiking trails nearby. I appreciate the meticulous upkeep of the property, right level of security, and privacy of the facilities.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Probably one of the lovelist apartments to rent in boulder with a lot of space Maintence staff is pretty much on top of everything and the area is very well kept. Can be a bit loud when grass is being mowed, but keeps the place tidy.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place To Call Home — I've lived in Habitat for 8 years. The staff is great. The apartments are super spacious. The grounds are stocked with amenities... Pool, Hammocks, Community Garden Boxes, Grills, Fire pits, etc. The property is also extremely pet friendly with a Dog park just across the street.
