  • Required Fees: A one-time $300 pet deposit per household and a $35 recurring monthly pet charge
  • Size Guidelines by Location:
    • Residences on the first level and townhomes may accommodate pets weighing up to 100 pounds each
    • Residences on upper levels allow pets up to 50 pounds per animal
  • Restricted Breeds: Pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, chows, and related mixes are not permitted
  • Assistance Animals: Assistance animals, including service animals and emotional support animals, are welcomed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. No pet fees or pet deposits apply to assistance animals.
