Our apartments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a unit, the $500 holding fee along with $50 per person application fees must be paid, and all applications must be submitted within 48 hours. The $500 holding fee will be refunded if your application is denied for any reason. However, if you choose not to sign the lease or move-in, the fee is only refundable within 72 hours of when the payment was made. Typically, filling out the application takes around 15-20 minutes. If you need to pause at any point, you can always come back later. Just log in using the email address and password you provided below. Also, we'll need to verify your income. Please upload your proof of income (paystubs, bank statements, offer letter, etc) in the "upload documents" area of the Summary page towards the end of the application.

The quoted amount reflects base rent only. Residents are responsible for additional utility charges, including water, wastewater, trash, and gas for heating hot water. These charges will be itemized and billed through your monthly account statement. Additionally, you will receive a separate bill directly from Xcel Energy for your metered utility usage, which includes heating, air conditioning, and personal electricity. Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, and/or other qualifying standards as outlined in our Statement of Rental Criteria.
